How much do you rely on revenge trading?

Revenge-trading, enhancing lot size, not caring about market situation, trading in highly volatile pairs are common practice among newbies. Traders can't improve their trading condition just because they stick to these issues.

i try my best to avoid it but sometimes when i check my daily loss i make trades based on revenge and 100% of the time i make more loss
